The ten second interstitial I'm currently working on. Not only do I have to worry about this but I have to worry about pitching my final film this coming Tuesday. Plus all these little projects I have to do.
Added a lil something to the scene from my last post. Made it a little more... cute? Trying to figure out how I'm going to handle my background.
The story has already changed since I boarded it. There are a lot of things to consider when preparing something other people are going to see. For example, I originally had the camera pan in between scene eight and nine to transition cleanly between alive and dead but the transition between six and seven seemed too quick. It felt like it only took four steps to get to the tree. You also lost the feeling of the main char being stuck in this vast desert, so I added an XLS (Extreme Long Shot) in scene six between frame two and three to put you back into the environment. Since I moved the 'We'll be right back' scene, I had no way to cleanly transition between alive and dead. I sort of like the hard cut though, it may add a little comedic flair but it can also have the potential to confuse the audience. So maybe I'll just do a shoddy sandstorm across the screen to transition to the bones. That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to my thought process. Animation is difficult :(
